Don’t wait for the mail!

Enroll in electronic billing and your statement will be emailed to your inbox.

Statements are mailed about a week or two before an assessment is billed. Frequency is determined by the installment schedule for your association assessments. A statement for your assessment is a courtesy, non-receipt of a statement does not negate our responsibility for paying your assessment. Contact HPM if you have any concerns.

Installment Schedules:

 

  • Monthly ~ Mailed between 20th and 25th for monthly billing.
  • Quarterly ~ Mailed between 15th and 20th in December, March, June, and September for billing in January, April, July and October.
  • Semi-Annually ~ Mailed between 15th and 20th in December and June for billing in January and July.
  • Annually ~ Mailed between 15th and 20th in December for billing in January.

Neither your Association nor Howard Property Management are responsible for statements not received via email. If you do not receive a statement in the interim noted, please contact our office to verify address.

  • Located on your statement
  • I hereby authorize Howard Property Management to stop ending paper statements and to receive email statements. I understand that I must notify HPM if not receiving statements via email or if my email address changes. Failure to receive an assessment statement via email does not negate the need to pay the assessment.
  • Should the Association elect to distribute association materials via email. I hereby authorize the Association and Howard Property Management to send these items to the email address noted above.
