Where do I sent my payment?
We include a remittance envelope with your statement which contains our mailing address. Should you misplace the envelope, payments can be sent to:

What is my account number?
Your account number is included on every statement. It typically matches your address. For example:
Address: 101 Main Street located in My Association
Sample Account Number: MAMS101 – My Association Main Street 101
Where can I find your offices?
We are located at 8310 Guilford Road Unit B in Columbia, MD. Our office is by appointment only and we encourage you to contact our office by phone before stopping by. At this time, we are not accepting any visitors in the office due to Covid-19.
How do I contact my board?
As your management company, we are the liaison between the community and the board. Forward your concern to our staff and we will ensure that the board gets your message.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm. Our maintenance department, however, is available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Help, I'm having an emergency. What should I do?
Relax. We’ve got you covered. We handle issues relating to your community 24 hours a day – 7 days per week. Call us at 410-313-8608 and report your issue. After hours? Listen to all options to be connected to our after-hours on-call response team.
How do I reach my property manager?
Give us a call at 410-313-8608 and ask for your property manager. Our staff acts as a team so if your property manager is unavailable as they are dealing with another issue. Ask for someone to assist you. We’ve got you covered.
I didn't get a statement. What should I do?
Statements are mailed only to those unit owners with a balance. If you have a credit on your account, you would not have received a statement. Unsure of your balance – give us a call at 410-313-8608 to receive account information.
I am putting my home on the market. What do I do next?
Resale packages are required by MD law to provide disclosures to the prospective buyer regarding the association documents, any covenant violations and/or any outstanding assessments. They are available within five to ten business days. Need it sooner – order it rush. You can order a resale package right online.
Once your home is sold, don’t forget to cancel your ACH if you enrolled.
How do I cancel my ACH?
Simply, send us an email at email@example.com to inform our staff that you wish to cancel. We need to have it in writing.
