We understand that your assessment payment may be one of the last checks that you write.

Mail delivery issues?

With enrollment, payment is automatically made and applied to your account.
You will no longer receive a statement.

  • The Bank Routing Number identifies your bank or financial institution. The routing number is always 9 digits, and always between the characters specified below.
  • Your Bank Account Number can vary in the number of digits. It is usually to the right of the bank routing number. The check number sometimes follows the account number, but is not part of the account number, and is not needed. Do not enter the check number as part of the account number. When entering the account number, omit spaces and special symbols.

  • Please review if you have a current balance on your account. If there is a balance, did you want HPM to bring account current with first withdrawal, arrange for a payment plan, or make a separate payment on your own.
  • Instructions regarding prior balance (if applicable)
  • I hereby authorize Howard Property Management on behalf of my Association to cancel my current ACH enrollment. I understand that my assessment will no longer be automatically paid.
  • I hereby authorize Howard Property Management on behalf of my Association to debit the account referenced above for any amount owed to the Association for association fees and services provided. Payments will be made on or about the fifth of the month which the assessment is billed and my account will be credited accordingly. This authorization is to remain in force until the Association has received written notification from me of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford the Association and/or the bank(s) a reasonable opportunity to act on it. It is the unit owner’s responsibility to notify the association to cease ACH withdrawal if the property in question is sold. In the unlikely event that there are insufficient funds in the banking account or inaccurate account information, there will be a Returned Item Fee charged to your association account.
